Kane Home Products warrants that product is free of factory defects only. No other warranties are made or given by Kane Home Products. Under no circumstance will Kane Home Products be responsible to you or your customer for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of warranty, including, but not limited to, lost profits and cost of advertising.


• Returns are accepted for miss-shipped or defective merchandise only.

• Requests must be made within 30 days of merchandise receipt.

• A return authorization number must be issued by our Customer Service Department before merchandise is returned. No returns will be accepted without written authorization. Returns must be in original packaging in full case quantities.

• Kane Home Products will not accept returns for product damaged by customer handling or freight carriers, altered merchandise, or merchandise that has been customized or labeled specially
